60cm Voluminous Tulle Petticoat

This is a 60cm long tulle petticoat.
The 60cm petticoat has hard tulle built into the waist area, which spreads and supports the gathers of the skirt from the waist down.
Because it is lined, you don't have to worry about the scratchy or stiff feeling that can occur with hard tulle.
It is recommended when you want to add volume from the waist and create a well-defined silhouette.
